Pocket Map

How can we help?

Email contact@patcell.com. Include the app version from Settings → About, your device model, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment information. A screenshot is optional; remove private information first.

Playing and scoring

Draw from S (Start) to F (Finish). The route score appears after you submit. Stars record your best result on each map. The tutorial and 12 Meadow maps are free; master the Meadow to unlock Endless mode.

Full game

The optional one-time Full game purchase adds 30 maps across Forest, Highlands and Marsh, full Endless mode and removes ads. There is no subscription. Buy it from Campaign → See the full game or Settings → Full game unlock. It is processed by the App Store on iPhone and iPad and by Google Play on Android. On a new device or after reinstalling, use Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.

Sound and music

Check the separate Music and Sound effects switches in Settings and your device's media volume and audio output. If sound is still missing, tell us whether it happens after opening the game, after an ad or after returning from another app.

Progress and changing devices

Pocket Map has no accounts; the game saves progress on your device while you play. Do not uninstall or clear app data to troubleshoot, because that removes your progress. Your device's own backup may restore app data according to your Apple or Google backup settings. The Full game purchase is restored from the store, not from a save.

Privacy and version 1.1 accounts

See the Pocket Map Privacy Policy. Version 1.1 on iPhone and iPad offered optional email saving; if you created a Pocket Map email account then, delete it on the account-deletion page or contact us using the address above. This support page does not perform deletion.
